Our Pay&Go scheme gives members untutored access to Computer Aided Design (CAD) desks, assembly benches and traditional workshops:

CAD

CAD desks complete with a range of commercially licensed software and a choice of peripheral equipment can be booked for periods of half a day or more.

Assembly Benches

Work benches for small assembly projects and model making are also available for half a day or more.

Traditional Workshops

Pre-set sessions allow members access to the extensive silversmithing and jewellery facilities at the University’s Sir John Cass Department of Art, Media and Design.

Some workshop access requires an appropriate level of competence which must be demonstrated before you are given a health and safety ‘passport’.
